Cancellation Policy

After confirmation of the appointment, please pay via Twint or Revolut. In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment, the amount will be refunded. In case of later cancellation, the amount remains due. Please note that your booking is only completed with your payment. Thank you very much.
