Deep dive into embodied consciousness, non duality & tantric practices, embracing breath, sound & movement. This is not a drop in class, its a Somatic container which invites us to journey as a closed group individually while holding and being held. The class structure allows for free individual expression while being guided within a experienced container as practice. The intended mix of activation & resourcing as well as resting in movement allowing awareness to rise for the Body Mind Connection. This class is encouraging you to sense and feel into your inner landscape through diverse somatic practices melting with classical Yoga Asana. You’ll practice alongside the same group each time, building connection and shared growth. Once the journey starts, the circle is closed until the next round. So that you can settle in and we can start on time, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start.

By purchasing this 5-class package, you commit to the specific dates listed for the series. The package is valid only for those dates and cannot be transferred or extended. If you miss a class, it will not be refunded or reimbursed. This policy is in place to honor the commitment of the group journey and to maintain the integrity of the practice container.
